3. Course Enrollment & Lifetime Access

When you buy a course on LearnTrack, you get a license from us to view it via the LearnTrack Services and for no other use. You are not allowed to transfer or resell courses in any way.

Lifetime Access: We grant you a lifetime access license, except when we must disable the course because of legal or policy reasons.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change course prices at any time.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be processed if you have completed more than 30% of the course content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.

You may not copy, redistribute, use or publish any part of the Site, except as allowed by these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Download, record, or capture any video content from the platform illegally.
• Share your account credentials with others to split the cost of a course.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
